On the Elite policy from Freedom, the core benefits include full refund for in-patient hospital benefits (within your chosen hospital list) full refund for surgeons, anesthetists and physicians (providing the charges are in line with approved fee schedules) and full refund for MRI, CT and PET scans, surgical appliances, diagnostic tests, oncology tests, drugs and consultants fees and NHS cash benefits to name a few.
What are the optional add-ons from Freedom Health Insurance on the Elite Plan:
- Option 1 – Out-Patients cover
You can choose to have cover in full or limit your out-patient cover to £1500 per policy year
- Option 2 – Alternative Therapies
Therapies such as physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and podiatry can be limited to £750 or £1500 per policy year.
- Option 3 – Psychiatric Care
In-patient and Day patient cover up to 45 days and £2000 out-patient limit applies.
- Option 4 – Private GP, Dental & Optical
Routine dental treatment up to £300, accidental damage or emergency dental treatment up to £600, Private GP consultations up to £300 and Routine optical treatment up to £200 all per policy year.
Freedom Health insurance also allow their members to choose the level of excess from £100, £250, £500 and £1000, choose between the standard and London Premier hospital list and offer the full options for underwriting.
