SMP Healthcare Ltd was formed in January 2014 with the sole intention of providing the public and business community alike with a way of obtaining Private Medical Insurance on an independent basis. With a sound knowledge of the market we have proved to our clients that the health insurance market does not have to be costly and confusing.

There is no such thing as a standard health insurance product and we therefore work closely with our clients, taking detailed information from them to make sure we get it right for them every time. By trusting in us, many of our clients have seen a significant saving in cost without losing any benefits or cover which makes us an invaluable part of their renewal process.

Our staff are not paid on a commission basis and we feel this is an integral element to safe guard our clients and ensure the recommendations they receive are completely unbiased. We provide an annual market review, deal with all administration and are more than happy to help people should they have problems when making a claim. We are unable to register claims on behalf of our clients however once a claim has been logged we are here to liaise with the insurer to help resolve any claiming issues.

SMP Healthcare Ltd do not charge their clients for any aspect of the service that we provide. We receive payment from the insurer at the start or renewal of a policy. The commission rate is set by each individual insurer and we are happy to provide confirmation of rates to any client who would like to have this information. Our commission does not affect the premium paid by our clients for their health insurance.
